James L. Klementisz, Jr., MAI, SRA
 

James L. Klementisz, Jr. has been appraising real estate since 1994. He earned both the MAI and SRA designation from the Appraisal Institute and a Bachelor of Science degree from West Chester University. Jim is a residential experience reviewer and a candidate advisor for the Appraisal Institute and has been actively involved in the Philadelphia Metropolitan Chapter of the Appraisal institute. Jim served for three years on the Board of Directors and has been on the executive board since 2012 where he is the 2015 chapter President. Jim has extensive experience in condemnation work for both residential and commercial real estate, including a luxury estate subdivision, pipeline expansion in southeastern Pennsylvania, bridge expansion in the City of Philadelphia and numerous road improvement projects. Jim has appraised a wide variety of residential and commercial real estate including a 385-acre parcel in the Bahamas that was proposed for mixed-use resort development, a timeshare resort,multiple condominium conversion projects, golf courses, residential subdivisions, warehousing and distribution buildings and a variety of retail properties including freestanding buildings and shopping centers. Jim has provided expert testimony for the Montgomery County Board of View as well as various tax assessment boards in Pennsylvania.
